Customer Support Agent Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced PC skills
  • A proven team player factor with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Experience in iGaming or an interest in casino and sportsbook would be advantageous
  • At least B2 english level

Customer Support Agent Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure timely responses to incoming communication, delivering a high standard of service to enhance player satisfaction while managing general inquiries effectively.
  • Assisting players via email, live chat, and calls, providing assistance across various channels.
  • Deliver top-notch service to our players, striving for excellence in every interaction.
  • Offer technical support for common issues such as cookies, browsers, and updates.
  • Relay player concerns to the team leader and relevant internal departments as needed.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, slot games, sports betting, casino, and live casino offerings.
  • Clarify our product, site, and policies to players, providing detailed explanations when necessary.
  • Stay updated on new information and procedures to maintain proficiency in the role.
  • Support and guide players with their requests, escalating and following up when required.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Work according to a schedule.
