Property Manager job in Malta

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest levels of excellence in hospitality that our company is known for. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

  • Greeting guests and attending to their needs.
  • Coordinating timely check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensuring the property is presentable to the highest standards before guest arrival.

Property Management:

  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the property.
  • Coordinating housekeeping schedules and duties with the housekeeping staff.
  • Ensuring the property is intact and free of damages after guest check-out.
  • Reporting, attending to, and following up on damages and repairs.

Administrative Duties:

  • Collecting property security deposits and documentation from guests.
  • Processing check-ins and check-outs smoothly and timely.
  • Keeping open and frequent communication with company directors and housekeeping staff through designated channels.

Professional Conduct:

  • Consistently adhering to a dress code that is both smart and professional.
  • Maintaining the integrity and prestige of the company through professional behavior.

Flexibility and Communication:

  • Working on a flexible schedule as required.
  • Adapting to changing communication channels as per instructions from company directors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Driving License (Category B) and own a car.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Knowledge of Maltese culture and history is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Preferably residing in the vicinity of Birzebbuga, Marsaxlokk, Zejtun, or Ghaxaq.
