Customer Service and Administration Clerk

We seeking to recruit a full-time Customer Service and Administration Clerk

The ideal candidate would need to have good communication skills, be computer literate, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have O Level or post-secondary level of education. Candidate must be fluent in both English and Maltese.

Customer Service and Administration Clerk Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Issuing of job sheets for incoming repairs.
  • Follow-up of  Work-in progress jobs with technicians.
  • Closing off of  job sheets and invoicing for chargeable repairs.
  • Informing customers on completion of jobs / repairs.
  • Ordering of spare parts (requested by technicians or customers)
  • Reporting to management of any issues or  excessive delays in completion of jobs
