Quality Controller Job in Malta.

Job Description:

To Ensure the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of all meat products throughout the production cycle. Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to guarantee they meet , HACCP, and company standards for wholesomeness and labelling.

  • Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), specifically temperatures, cooking, and chilling in factory and PRIME shops.
  • Collect samples for microbiological testing and environmental swabbing.
  • Document all quality data and immediately report non-conformances or food safety deviations to production leadership.
  • Enforce GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and verify HACCP logs in factory and PRIME shops
