The Marketing Program Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for innovative AI-first products within a leading technology company’s experimental division. This position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, product, and other functional teams to ensure successful product launches and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive marketing professional with a strong understanding of project management best practices and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced AI industry. This role is essential for driving awareness, adoption, and engagement of next-generation AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate go-to-market activities for both new and existing AI products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide clear and timely communication of project updates, progress, and results to stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain the division’s public-facing website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product launches, or program management within a large technology company.
- Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with proven success driving alignment across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Slides, Meet).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
Candidate Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience in go-to-market strategy and execution within a large technology company.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
