Founded in Sweden in 2006, Evolution has become a global leader in product development and advanced IT solutions for online casinos. Inspired by the renowned Monte Carlo casino, Evolution’s founders, Jens von Bahr, Fredrik Österberg, and Richard Hadida, aimed to bring the thrilling live casino experience directly into people’s homes by harnessing emerging technology.

In our first studio in Riga, Latvia, we even streamed the BBC newscast in the background to prove the games were truly live. Initially, we sought to replicate the land-based casino experience, but quickly realized that what we offer is far beyond a traditional casino—the Evolution experience is truly unique.

Grow with Us

We’ve worked diligently to not only build a company, but also to create a new product category. While most of our growth has been organic, we expanded strategically with key acquisitions:

• In 2018, we acquired Ezugi, adding a second Live Casino offering.
• In 2020, we brought NetEnt AB into the fold, expanding our portfolio to include online slots and adding the NetEnt and Red Tiger brands.
• In 2021, Big Time Gaming and DigiWheel joined our lineup.
• In 2022, we welcomed Nolimit City into the Evolution family.
